I mean… it won’t be much of a change since I hardly ever blog anyway… but I will not be blogging much/any for a while… I just am sort of over it.

I need a new blog banner…
and I need to post “A Few Things” since I was tagged last week…
I need to take a shower (I hate to admit that one… but I’m a bum!)…
I need to READ… a ton…for school…
BUT—I think after class today… I will just take another nap—
Maybe I’ll start on my needs list tomorrow
p.s. that’s not a dead animal on my head… just crazy hair that I don’t really care about.
So, tonight the Albany Concert Association hosted the 2009 Yale Whiffenpoofs for a concert in celebration of their centennial anniversary.
I posted about this group a few years back and this years’ group was just as fabulous…
Well… that’s about it… if you missed the concert then check out the website and order yourself a CD… you won’t regret it.

It has been a busy week!
Christmas was fun…but I already posted about that.
After Christmas was restful
Then on Monday we had a new baby!

Last night I finally finished the Twilight series… it was amazing! The girl can write…and the story was intriguing too…not to mention it’s the first book (and by book I mean 4 books) that I’ve read for me (and not for school!) in over a year!
Today we’ll have the family out again for New Years’ lunch.
Tomorrow night is the Whiffenpoof concert downtown…it’s going to be GREAT!
Then– next Tuesday I’m starting a NEW YOGA CLASS @ Kai Yoga Arts on Westover…it will be @ 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!!!!!
So come and check it out…
Well that’s about it {not that it isn’t enough…it’s going to be a busy New Year…but I wouldn’t have it any other way

Gloria In Excelsis Deo!
I pray you all have a wonderful Christmas season filled with Hope, Peace, JOY, and Love.
Tonight, I sang and played at my parents church… which was fun because I don’t get to play very often anymore.
Then, we had our midnight service at St. Patrick’s…which was WONDERFUL as it is each year.
I got home and as Dad was opening the door I saw this:
It’s a little bird nestled into the garland on our front porch.
It’s about the size of the gold ball above it and is right next to the lights… I thought it was really cool!
Anyway, tomorrow… or rather in a couple of hours… we’re going to each of my sisters’ houses to see what their kids got for Christmas.
Then everyone is coming here to open family gifts…and THEN, my Mom’s side of the family comes. So around lunch there will be about 75 people at my house…and I can’t wait!

I’m finally finished with all of my schoolwork for this semester!
Allow me to share with you the things I had due this week.
1. A 15 page Multigenre Research Project
2. An 8 page final exam
3. A 7 page research paper
4. A 5 page final exam
I just hit send on the last submission & I am SO relieved to have some time off!
I have neglected my poor blog due to all of the schoolwork that had me trapped…
So far, my holiday season has seen me standing, bored and cold at the parade with Tammi and the Nowack children {If you didn’t see the parade… you didn’t miss a THING! }. Then, last night, my parents and I went to the Civic Center to participate in Peppermint Pops. Now, if you didn’t see that show… you really missed a musical treat. I’m sure WALB will have a recording of the live broadcast.
So, I’m off to revel in my new freedom…
p.s. I will be starting a new Yoga class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings so if you’re interested…let me know & I’ll get you the hookup!

but my feet are LOVING it!!!
I got my new toe shoes from Vibram today…
Steve introduced me to a girl @ the Deerfield game the other night…she had them on…So, I came home & looked them up…lo and behold they are designed for people who do yoga, kayaking, hiking, running… etc!!
So, of course, I had to have a pair… and now I do… and my feet are in bliss!

I didn’t post on Thanksgiving… so I hope everyone had a wonderful day.
I spent mine with lots of family…as usual!
I capped off the day with a late night showing of “4 Christmases”. It was so funny… I definitely recommend it for your holiday viewing.
Also, today is the first Sunday in Advent.
My house if FINALLY all decorated…and so the busy holiday season begins…

So, Bev (Owner of Kai Yoga), Jackie (My first Yoga teacher) & I went to the 2008 Yoga Journal Conference in Hollywood, FL.
It was awesome… we learned a TON, wore ourselves OUT doing Yoga & ate some AMAZING food!!
So, instead of boring you with details, I will just post some pictures.

it’s been a really long time since I blogged.
